REFUNDS POLICY
We always strive to provide excellent customer service for all our clients. However, there may be those rare and unfortunate circumstances or situations, where our valued customers feel the need to ask for a refund. So we have set forth our refund policy to give our clients piece of mind when purchasing our digital marketing services.
Therefore, within 7 calendar days of signing up with us, and making payment for services to be rendered, we will provide a full refund upon request for any reason whatsoever.
However, due to the nature of our digital marketing services which are intangible services, including consultation and labor, beware that we will NOT provide a refund after 7 calendar days from the date payment was made. This is because we will have already started working on your project.
However, at our exclusive and sole discretion we may only provide a partial refund based on scope of project work already completed or performed. Again, this is because we will have already started working on your project to grow your business, and because of that using the funds paid to us.
If we decide to issue a partial refund, again at our sole and exclusive discretion, it may take up to 30-60 days to issue and process a refund.
Therefore, refunds request will be determined on a case by case basis, and we reserve the right to issue No refunds at all.
We will NOT provide any refunds at all for any work that has been completed.
